Never seen this patch before. The print looks a bit like that on the 'Amputated Trooper' (https://tshirtslayer.com/patch/iron-maiden-back-patch-64). Eddie looks gnarly here with quite a lot of blood on his face 🤘😅🤘

Yeah I hadn't seen it anywhere else either. The print does look like the 'amputated Trooper' patch, both could be made by the same company at the same time around 1983. The back of the patch is white.
