I have been hunting that PTPP patch forever, and it took me forever to obtain the tombstone one, and I have to travel to US in May to actually get it.

I don't know how many Facebook scammers told me they had it, but you can sort that type out fast. They are always doing bad photoshop, asking for PayPal f/f and block you if you ask for real photos.
Then I ordered from Tradera, but they sent me an embroidered version, not woven like their stock photo.
Lots of people seem to have it when I ask, but they don't follow through on messages.
I guess I will have to look for something else and it will magically appear for sale, at least that's how it seems to work for me.
Luckily, I got the tombstone one directly from the Metalhead box, and will have it in May while in USA.
I am already making a nice pile up of patches shipped only in US. :)
