It really is. The lettering on the top is a metallic silver, I didn't even notice until I took it outside for photos.

The Original one has a Copyright. Aske is an original one ^^

I'm Not Sure If the Original is also silver. Never Seen the Version with Copyright in real. Mayhem There's also a Version without Copyright. But if It has a complete black Back it's the bootleg from Germany.

Yeah I couldn't find any versions with the copyright on TSS, I've seen this version for the last 10, so way before it was common practice to bootleg BPs. I'll check the back when I get home but I'm pretty confidant this is the official one.

I remember when the DSEV backpatch came out in the late 90s and I mean there were never any copyrights on it. What is the reasoning here that it is a bootleg? Some more information would be good.
Btw. Nunslayer, the other backpatch is NOT from the Aske EP, it is from the first album which was later re-released with the songs from the Aske as bonus songs which is why some people still mistakenly call the first album the Aske album.
