Awesome album! Most ppl would say it’s their worst album (or mini LP), & with masterpieces like Seven Churches & Beyond the Gates its hard to say, but I just LOVE The Eyes of Horror. It grew on me immensely since I heard it for the first time! Very catchy & fun songs, & it’s probably the Possessed album I listen to most often. And that poster is sick!!

Happy New Year ! My good friend ! Thank you so much ! Yes this was a very interesting and awesome mini by Possessed. I love it as well !
I remember when Mike Torrao , Larry Lalonde and yes Kirk Hammett were taking lessons from Joe Satriani at the time. So everyone was interested to hear what they would sound like once this was released. Man, I was impressed. The guitar playing was intense, fast and some crazy soloing going on. Jeff Becerra's vocal arrangements were spot on for these songs. Like you said just a fun fast album that I still enjoy to this very day.
It's just a shame that they ended so prematurely and Jeff suffered that tragic injury. I always held out hope that someday they would get together for one last studio album.

Man I love these posts, it also helps me remember what all I have for when I started trying to dig it all up to post. I have that same photo from Thrash 'Em All in an older magazine and was tearing my hair out tyrying to find it. There is so little on Possessed out there and I know I have it somewhere. UGGH!

Thanks so much man ! I know the feeling trying to find things. Especially when you know you have it, but can't find it. I can't tell you how much stuff I lost over the years. It's beyond frustrating.
