I'm looking to get one. But, I have a question... does it just sit on your hips, cuz i dont' think it can fit through loops. might be a stupid question, but..?

It does you need to make it tight enough so it doesn't just fall off haha but what I do is I'll slip the tip of bullet through a loop on the side of my pants so it hangs slightly slanted and it won't fall no matter what

My belt does rest on my hips. Though it is possible to make it fit tighter if you wish. You can remove bullets to make it smaller or add more to make it bigger.
