I'm not a fan of band trinkets generally, but this one is an exception.
The 'shaman' symbol, as adopted by Korpiklaani, is taken from among traditional designs on Saami shaman drums - archetypic pictoral shapes of men, beasts, and primitive objects associated with Saami folk traditions. These have much in common with stone age rock paintings, and those primitive shapes may be several milleniums old. The symbol which became Korpiklaani's mascot is a depiction of a shaman with his drum and a piece of antler that is used for beating on it.
The pendant was handmade for the band from bronze by a Finnish countryside smith. Only limited quantities were made. It's a heavy and hefty piece, and the fact that it was created on some farm in the middle of nowhere (as opposed to some modernist designer shop) makes it all the better.

Very nice! That's so cool that it is not from some crap factory line!

Thanks, yeah that's basically the reason I got it - at least for these guys folklore is not a musical gimmick but a real deeprooted interest in their culture!

Thanks dude! Do you know also about the pre-Korpiklaani band Shaman that contained some of its present members? They used this symbol on those old album covers too, in the late 90s. It's even folkier than the current incarnation, and even deeper in Saami musical tranditions!
