A preset from a friends mother when I visited their family in sweden at their home in autumn, also very common up in the north, but have seen it all over norway/sweden/estonia/etc

it's just a small cute reflector, usually goes on your backpack or whatever, if you are ALWAYS wearing black and very often drunk staggering across a road, nice to have a reflector so drivers can see you from miles away

this thing made of some crazy shit that reflects like hell, last photo with the flash enabled on my camera and photo taken from about 4 meters (then clipped the image)

tbh, it would be cool to use reflector tape on a jacket somehow.
