Haha merci, j'ai choppé les deux à un concert, en première partie d'Arch Enemy en décembre (en fait le "The only peace is in death" était inclus dans l'album, surprise très sympa x) )

Hey, didn't see the comments before, sorry !
I got it at a show back in February, in Nantes, France. Don't know exactly where to get it otherwise. I also saw them like two months later in the US, and I don't think they were selling those, so ... I really can't help you guys on this one, but you might wanna check out the merch stand if they ever come to your place.
