Tröjan - Chasing The Storm woven triangle patch. This one’s going on my jacket for sure! Really cool band.

Bootleg, not sure where it’s from. It dates back to 2015 on TSS, but it could definitely be older.

Any more info is appreciated!

It was made by the user Mayhemwithkang in 2015. He is also the owner of Unholy Patches. Limited to 50. Mexican bootleg.
