Finally they released some shirts! Ripping sci-fi thrash from Germany. Not the most original bunch out there, but the sci-fi elements make them stand out among the slew of their "hail Satan" peers. Usually not a big fan of "hiccup falsettos", but they pull them of rather well.

Such an excellent Band and Release! THIS , not Bands like Cruel Force, are the spearhead of current Black Thrash in my opinion!

I liked Cruel Force well enough. Even if they where your typical by the numbers throwback band they had some decent songs. I fully agree that they are pretty overhyped though. These guys have a bit more edge for a lack of a better word. Their use of sci-fi elements makes them stand out in a world where everybody seems to be more obsessed with being the next best thing to Motörhead, while Sci-fi isn't that original per se, their take on it is fresh enough. I get the feeling that they focus more on the urban legend and menacing aspects of alien encounters than resorting to cheap 50's alien movie tropes. I'd like to see more of that in future releases.
