Anathema My Sleeved Battle Jacket
I bought this at H&M (really), at first to put on some patches I didn't want for my backpack, and I've been adding ever since.
Not sure why I decided to leave gaps between the patches, but it works out nicely and now I can fill it up a bit with small logo patches.
I do feel that the Van Halen patch is something that would suit the 'Ugliest Vest' more, so I will probably replace that in time.

I think I bought both of the Type O patches at festivals at the Goddess of Desire shop. They have a decent webshop as well, but I'm not sure about international deliveries.
