Uh not sure if it is one. It's the middle part of the artwork for their " Diaz Felizes " album.
Think it should be more a uterus with a baby in it ( a adult baby haha ).
There are three uterus pics on the cover, and underneath is written " Angst - Calva - Frosch " - " Fear - bald Head - Frog " - strange haha
