Scammer Warning: metalarchivesripsection aka BroodOfHatred aka John Chavez (ex-Vehemence)
Incase anyone of you is interested in getting anything from the user metalarchivesripsection, be aware that this is BroodOfHatred who scammed a couple of people (including me) with this listing here and then dipped after he got called out on his bullshit:

If you read the comments on the post above, you can see that he took the pictures from an etsy-listing that wasn't his (edit: most of the comments on this post are gone now for some reason, so see the attached screenshot). When pressure got too high on him after me and other members confronted him with his scamming, he blocked me and others as well. Of course he made some dumb excuses about only shipping to a "verified address". Then, he ended up deleting everything on the "BroodOfHatred" account and hasn't logged on in there since.
Now it was a good thing that he could only accept PayPal with buyer's protection, since he took the money with his artist account. Still, it took a long time to get my money back because he withdrew the money from his account immediately after receiving it. When I filed a PayPal claim, he started sending fake refund-notifications, when in reality there was no money to get back from him personally. PayPal had to send me the money out of their own funds in the end.
Now he is selling this tape (and other items that are listed on TSS) on eBay under the username "th3optimisticnihilist":

Take note how on his new TSS profile he claims to go to shows in LA & SF, but on his eBay account he says he's shipping his stuff from Phoenix Arizona. Dude is doing a bad job at hiding stuff, as everything he's posted on TSS and on eBay traces back to BroodOfHatred.
This guy is John Chavez who used to play in Vehemence and is now claiming that he's possibly going to reunite with them... Clearly he isn't done ripping people off.

...and what a surprise: After he's seen this post, he removed his TSS post AND ended the eBay listing (which has the TSS-watermark to it LOL)
Also, he's also trying to scam people with the same Suffocation Pierced From Within longsleeve as on the post above on Facebook, under the name "Matt Harmon" (mimicking a real Matt Harmon who posts Dying Fetus shirts on FB). Check the attachment. He took the photos of the longsleeve from an etsy-listing.

I was about to get a few cds from him, thank god my suspicions of him being a scammer were correct after all. He was not accepting PayPal but was was asking to pay him via cashapp and some other form of payment which I was not aware of.

He probably can't accept PayPal anymore because his account is locked after he went on a scam-rampage. Either that or he didn't want you to find out it's the same guy who took your money for the fake Suffo listing.

Speaking of "refund" - You sent fake refund-messages through PayPal when I tried to get back my money, you were so desperate. It took me months to get it back because you withdrew it all from your account. It wasn't you who sent me back my money, but PayPal.
Obviously you were gambling on time and hoping that I'll miss the term to file a PayPal claim. You wrote "Credit has been processed" when the refund was cancelled because you had no money on your account. Also "155.0 USD" - where's the second zero?
The refund-thing was part of your scamming-scheme all along, because you'd withdraw everything right after receiving it. There was nothing to get back from you.
Scammers like you have no place here and you know it. Go try somewhere else (and maybe convince people you're re-joining your old band as well)

Also it's a common bug on this page that another flag is displayed than it's supposed to - not so much of a conspiracy going on here. You on the other hand are a proven (and self-admitted) scammer, leave the hall!

Also, you've changed your eBay name and the whole bio (removed that you're from Phoenix AZ) after I've exposed you. How come you're doing all this when there's nothing to hide and when you've "never scammed anyone"?

Despite of this thread being here for more than a month with having enough proof of this ex-vehemence guy being a scammer and still not having a warning "scammer" tag on his profile speaks levels of administrators normalising people getting scammed.
