Not allowed to message

Everytime I try to message someone if I see something for trade I like, a message saying 'Sorry, you haven't been here long enough, maybe just hang out a bit first hmmm? add some of your items? Spend a few more days here, you will love it!' Now I'm sure it's necessary for a reason but I find it very fucking annoying. I want to be able to message people on here but I can't with that stupid thing there. Why does this happen and is there a way to get rid of it and message people? Ps, I can message people back if they message first.
