I bought from him a while back (Tygers of Pan Tang patch) and it arrived in about a month. Currently I'm waiting for another patch and the 20th of February he told me he would send it on the 22nd. So far I haven't received it but I paid with the 'services and goods' option. I hope it arrives but forum entry is concerning.
Klepto's not a scammer; he's a reliable guy but I guess he's not the most consistent at TSS (no hard feelings if you read this big dog, hahaha). I've dealt with him a couple times; he can be either on top of his game or totally behind. And by the looks of it he hasn't even logged in here for the last two weeks.

When I messaged him the first time around he was pretty cool and enthusiastic, then at the end after he sold me the other 2 patches he was talking more plain. I don’t know if this is relevant but he started selling off his collection. He doesn’t strike me as a scammer, but he definitely had odd behavior towards the end and eventually stopped logging onto TSS. Maybe he got involved in a nasty situation? I don’t know. I don’t want to assume because I don’t really know anything, but my point is maybe he’s not a scammer and possibly got involved with the wrong crowd. I already filled a claim for the money (he hasn’t responded to that either by the way) because I don’t want to lose it, but I’m really hoping he makes a return and has a valid reason, hopefully he’s ok. But I’m also not denying the possibility that he could be attempting to scam us. Be safe stay metal \m/

Still having hope - though I am a bit worried now.

USPS lost track of the letter, which is not the seller's fault. But if he left TSS forever I have a problem, since only the seller can make insurance requests to USPS. I want to believe that he will pop up again, he seemed to be a good guy. Fingers crossed then!
Similar experience, he sent me a Massacre patch but scribbled the address badly and the postman returned it to sender, since they couldn't make out where I lived. 10 months later it made it back to him, and I had him ship it with tracking that time. It arrived no issue and then I bought a Blind Guardian patch off of him a few weeks later with no issue.

Sorry for your (potential) losses, fellows, but KleptoSkuld is among the 3-5 people I'd never even consider trading with.

It's certainly tougher to trick people on eBay, but still this guy still has a nasty reputation in the patch world so who knows what could happen. All his positive reviews are from 6 months / a year ago. Caveat Emptor
Ebay is a lot harder to scam on these days. You can get your money back easily. He's just very sketchy, and I don't want to give him anymore money than I already have, and with nothing in return!
Check his seller feedback. He's only sold 2 items with this account. One was a laptop with a virus. His feedback rating as a seller is 50% on just that account.
