If you're prepared to spend as much as $130 as per the example above, offer the extra 5% to cover the fees and insist on paying by the normal PP route.
Like Doc says, why people still trust strangers with F&F baffles me, even if you've traded with them before? It's the same as sending cash in an envelope really, and who the hell would do that?
