I know I need 4 inch nails and I know I need a leather gauntlet like that, anybody knows where I can buy a cheap leather gauntlet like that? and how are the nails gonna be hold in place? If you just stabbed it through it wouldnt stay there. so as you can see i need some help with this.. So if you know how I could do this and get a great result that would be awesome!
You use multiple layers of the leather. the head of the nail goes in between 2 layers.
You'd make a better one from scratch than stabbing a ready made one.
what i did was get myself a leather bracelet, and i used some sort of plier thing which makes holes in belts, they can make holes who are perfect for the nails... and after you are done putting the nails, just glue a piece of leather beneath it and you're done
i might still have somewhere that bracelet, i can send you some clear pictures of it if i find it.. or else still might have somewhere a old unfinished one
