Very nice. Like both the choice and the composition. Maybe only change the Ghost Dollar-Bill vs. Sabbath on the bottom or Zep on the top?

For the layout, i think i love this one than your first vest. But anyway, great taste of band selection. Start sewing man!

I's place it so that the Master of Puppets patch overlaps the Dismember patch instead of the other way around. Coloured borders look better when you can see the whole frame. Otherwise I think this is pretty spot on, and a lot of interesting choices of bands/patches.

It's very well thought out, everything fits very well however I would maybe switch the master of puppets one for another red bordered one because it sticks out like a sore thumb and slightly ruins the perfect symmetry you have.
Other than that it looks fucking rad!
