Took my first ever vest out to its inauguration 3-day festival a while ago so here's the v1.0 version of it I guess. Monochrome design, no genre limits, stitching done with thread color opposite to the patch border color, officials and bootlegs, nothing too special really.
I had a vision for the back before even getting the vest itself; Symmetric design done with only personal favourites from various genres. Shaped and embroidered logo patches paired with a backpatch representing a personally influential album. First I played with the thought of getting a colourful backpatch to contrast everything else on the vest, but when I ran into this one in the wild I knew I had to have it. I was inches away from getting a "Killers", "Powerslave" or "Somewhere in Time" backpatch tho as those are the first albums I bought and fell in love with. Maybe on another iteration or vest.
As for the front I'll just keep filling it slowly but surely and keeping in line with the color theme. I'm making the layout as I go and adding whenever I buy fitting patches from bands or shows, trying to get maximum coverage without overlapping any crucial parts of patch designs and/or logos. A few are yet to be sewn in my current collection and way too many are waiting on the wantlist, eternal WIP as most are.

Great backpatch! And I do like the sewing!
