Not aligned with any particular album art, this Evil Empire shirt does fall in line with the theme of "People Of The Sun". On quick glance, it comes off as any "Join The Army" American propaganda. It's actually about as tongue-in-cheek as it gets, the actual image being the Mexican EZLN Zapatista Army, a guerrilla movement the band passionately supported. No copyright text nor tag is present (I remember it being an itchy one), though it would have been a Giant-licensed design during this era. A rarer white version was also released.
