Book of Black Earth 2003 Limited Run Shirt

This is a unique piece of Book of Black Earth merchandise I acquired from a friendly seller on eBay. These were printed in 2003 around the time when the band first formed. The following is an excerpt from the message the seller sent me about this shirt's history:

"Well-worn Book Of Black Earth logo tee printed around 2003. This is a super rare limited run shirt (maybe a dozen) that the lead musician TJ Cowgill designed while experimenting with t shirt designs for his streetwear brand Actual Pain, officially established in 2006. This is extremely rare, it was my spouse’s that he got as a gift, scrounged out of a merch box, while running the merch table for a BOBE tour in 2008."

Very cool piece of Seattle music history, and I'm glad to get it properly archived on the TShirtSlayer database. Not sure if I'll wear it out much due to how rare it is, but I might wear it to a show here and there.
