Don’t let the cover art fool you. This isn’t private press ‘80s metal, but rather private press ‘80s AOR, and mediocre ‘80s AOR at that. Think C-list Cheap Trick with a shitty production. Some of the songs are decent, but most are simply forgettable. More memorable than the album itself is the fact that “Shadow Page” himself is Floyd Marcus: Original drummer for ‘60s bubblegum outfit, The 1910 Fruitgum Company. I guess this was his attempt to capitalize on the ever-changing musical climate? Wild!
