I stumbled upon this when I was buying the Monarch LP. I remember that I liked one of their demos well enough and for less that 10€ I had to pick it up. It sure is an intense album with some interesting riff-work and spiteful vocals. A bit one sided maybe, but some slower sections help to give it a bit more nuance. It still fells like it's wears out its welcome a bit towards the end, even if it's not even clocking in at 30 minutes.
I also don't really get some of the art direction here. The cover looks great, but those faces on the foldout and sleeve look more goofy than evocative. But I like how they highlighted letters in the album's title to indicate the side of the vinyl. That's just plain clever design and I wish more bands thought outside of the box like that.
All in all I think I got my moneys worth.
