4th Edition of the Saarland Black Metal Sampler. Once limited to 150 Copies,Sold out in 2020 but Narbentage just had 4 Copies back in stock but the actual tape looks different than the original. Maybe its a test pressing idk…Just a transparent tape with a sticker. Tape stickers are handwritten on the tape!!

There are demo tapes where every cassette looks different, they take what's there.
Such cassettes are also not pressed, but copied by hand, tape for tape.

Yea I know but the Sampler was made as an factory made pro-tape and all copies I‘ve seen had an white shell with prints on it.

Ok I see, sorry! I looked at the tapes on Discogs. Then you'll probably have to ask the label what it's all about.

I asked the guy behind the label and he said that he found some leftover Covers and took some tapes and recorded the stuff from the actual release. Its official but there are just like 4 or 5 pieces with that cassette look. Same with the Walpurgis-Noise auf dem Blocksberg Tape.
