Ordered twice from them, smooth and flawless both times. Stefan and Kai who run it have been prompt in answering emails to any questions I fired at them (and there were quite a few over the years), and equally prompt at shipping the orders - Germany to Iceland in a week's time. Exemplary customer service, I'd say best communication from any online merch shop I've dealt with yet. Match that with a great selection of folk/blackfolk/thuringian/etc merch and Trollzorn gets a solid 5 flames from me.
