I've never personally had a problem with these guys. Fast shipping at a reasonable cost, decently priced items, good sales, and a huge selection of shirts, hoodies, and other wearable merch. A bit limited in other departments, though.

Lots of limited stuff along with the fact that I've never had a problem with their shipping. I've received my pre-orders(for albums obviously) almost a week to 2 weeks before actual release date.

+ not at all crazy shipping prices, they have said that they will give a refund for lost order
+ if you recieve faulty items they send replacements and issue refunds
~10 years ago had no problems with items i recieved but i feel that during the covid19 time the quality in production, shipping and the customer support has taken a dive. But they still refund the item value. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Basically even if you get shitty stuff (which will bum you out immensely) the only monetary losses would be through currency conversion and having to pay customs.
