i bought a few patches here on 7 apr. i just received my patches today, on 20 apr. that's 13 days, to be expected.
e mails were replied promptly. initially there was some snafu about them not being able to receive my e mail, but after that one e mail they replied the rest promptly.
patches are punk style screen printed patches. you should be able to tell from the price ($2).
don't expect more than what is possible for a screen printed patch.
quality of screen printing is generally consistent and sharp.
its definitely value for money, since it was cheap.
edges of patch were not properly hemmed, though that was a small matter. all you need to do is go over the edges with superglue or nail varnish.
another thing i'd like to note is the amount of packaging they use. they placed the patches in a card envelope before placing THAT in a wax paper envelope. waterproof. i felt that it was a nice touch.
i would recommend this website if you, like me, are on a bit of a budget. god knows how much money i've spent on patches instead of food.
can't vouch for the t shirts, since i never purchased any. prices for those seem reasonable though.

Good place for black metal gear. I would recommend Christ Crushing Armor: http://www.christcrushingarmor.com/
