Yes, I do actually! It's been a very long time, but yes I do know the design. It's actually a Pushead drawing, but as far as I know it's not from any album, and I think it's from the mid to late 90's. 'Not sure if it debuted as a shirt because I nabbed the graphic off the internet nearly 20 years ago (dunno if I still have the picture.) I found a pic of it:
As for the pin it's self, I don't know anything about it. Frankly I'm amazed this is a Pin! Though I'm not sure if it's from 1980 because pusheads style became very honed in the 1990s, where as the 80's his style was still a little rough and not quite as refined; especially in the early 1980s! I know pushead first started out with the Misfits with that skull that's removing its eyeball and pointing it at the viewer, but that's the only true piece of art from the 80's of Pushead that I know of. And granted, I'm not historian of either.
Nice pin, it's the cover art by Pushead from evilive II from 1998 and I believe they used the same artwork a little before but I could be wrong, I think this was from between 1996-1999 if I had to guess.
