Argh, still so great to know that they used to work together! Great, Great Item man!

Nice pin, but I don't think it's BT related. I'm pretty sure GW made these patches and pins to promote their Warhammer40K game. There is that Spearhead metal pin, but it's not from GW. That one was made by Pagan England, right? I think it's an official item, because I remember that someone bought one from a band member. And the BT logo pin was also made by Pagan. Anyways, it's a nice item and the game is also cool!

You're completeley right,it's one of GW/Warhammer pin.
GW designed BT's 2nd Albumcover,so it's the band which uses GW's signs&paints,I used incorrect words for description, sometime english isn't that simple :-) Will fix it.
It was the singer from BT,Karl Willets, himself which sold the official Spearhead pin on Ebay,a couple of months ago,I watched the auction and it ends very high priced.
And yes, both, the logo and the spearhead pins were made by Pagan/England. Cheers

Well the name itself is from the game Warhammer, it is the name of a big war Machine.

Besides that one of the volumes of the GW-Zine "White Dwarf" came with a Sabbat Flexi Disc, who played the song Blood for the Bloodgood, which refers to Khorne a deity of the hordes of Chaos.

Nice pics, never seen before. Never knew BT was this close with Games Workshop. They even sold the album through their mail order, haha.
For Grimmfist: The cover of 'Realm of Chaos' is a painting originally used for the first Warhammer40k rulebook called 'Rogue Trader', released 1987.
And I guess for that reason Earache was not able to use it when they re-released Realm of Chaos.

Exactly that's where the band name comes from.
Great rare pictures from BT early days! Never seen before!

It's a spacemarine sigil pin and is not bandrelated.
Old warhammer swag ;)
