Death-leprosy round patch original has red eyes. if the eyes are not red, its cut out from death-leprosy original square version and embroidered on the border into the round. CMIIW

In reply to all of you at once, this is not a bootleg. Far from it. It's an original patch, just one without a border. Looks like the person put the border over where the copyright would show hence confusion. It is in fact an original Leprosy woven patch. Clearly not the version with the purple face but an original nonetheless.
