Woven patch in the style of a concert ticket. Not sure when it was made. Backing looks late-80s to me.

Yes, I would think any time between ‘88 And ‘90 - only ever seen patches with this backing within this very brief window.

So this pretty much crosses out my theory that there's consecutive numbers of this patch.
I've never seen another copy of this patch so far, but since you got the same number I do, it seems they all have 21.
