Finally decided to use a sewing machine instead of a needle. It was much faster and probably neater. Also less bloody. The photo for once made it look worse than it actually is instead of better. Took about three hours, but mainly because the machine was being stupid and unthreading itself.

Now I´m telling you the next steps:
draw your design mirror wrong on a kitchen towel and glue it with a paper glue stick on the backside of the patch you want to make.
2nd step:
from behind a singular fine line stitching from the backlines (try it with Slayer)
and then turn around the fabric on the good side and then make ZickZack (2 - 3 mm) with low speed at the outlines.
Have a nice time with your sewing machine.
