Top picture are embroidered & Woven patches. Motorhead is a cloth patch.
Metallica patch is from 1996 and is done with the shiny metal thread.
Bottom picture are all printed patches.

Yeah, that is definitely their best longsleeve! The color is absolutely awesome and the hoodie version was also great!
