Official Motörhead patch released in 2010 to coincide with their The World is Yours album. A classic Snaggletooth in the middle of the action is framed, as ever, by the logo and album text. This particular version with the coloured text was sold on the accompanying tour, and there are claims that some copies wereincluded with an undisclosed number of the Classic Rock fan packs alongside the CD, a poster, and pin badge, but this is uncertain. A dated version of the patch with grey text was released in 2011 and is much more common. One of the nicer Motörhead patches to come out of the 2010s!

Let me correct something there. This patch did not come with Classic Rock, only the cd pin and poster. However this patch is indeed official and it was sold in that tour at the official merch stalls. Great find for any Motörhead collector!

Interesting, you might want to see if you can get the information changed on their Discogs page then: https://www.discogs.com/release/2603316-Mot%C3%B6rhead-The-W%C3%B6rld-Is...
Cool to hear that it was sold on the tour though, that's helpful to know - cheers mate!

Unless it was a very limited edition with the patch but I doubt it. Classic Rock released a few Motörhead fan packs and I got them all. But it’s not the first time I’ve read about it including the patch and I’ll ask other collectors about it.
I remember seeing this patch at their gigs in 2010/11 and I used to think their merch quality went down badly…oh well! Did you get that stripe that sold on eBay a couple of days ago quite cheap?!

I'd be interested to hear if any other Motörhead collectors can say whether they saw it with a fan pack. It's not unheard of for patches to go undisclosed with records, but a major mainstream magazine is different.
Most band merchandise diminished in quality into the 2000s, unfortunately, but the music remained high quality! No I didn't, how much did it go for in the end?

50$ Buy it now I think.

That's actually pretty decent, the second cheapest I've seen/heard of it going for.
