Motörhead - Late 70s Snaggletooth Backpatch

Motörhead Snaggletooth Backpatch from the late 70s. At first glance I thought the print was not quite centered. But if you look twice you can see the print is actually well placed in the center of you imagine the more slanted of the two sides again mirrored. In fact the patch itself has a offset shape with different angles at the sides.

Great looking backpatch! I think I get what you mean, but in your picture it appears that both sides are symmetrical, but in the example above the two sides have different shapes

You are right, your backpatch has some sort of irregular shape.
That is easily fixed though. Mine was a Motörheadbangers shirt that I’ve cut and put on a piece of heavy cotton canvas that I’ve cut again in the shape of the denim. Fits perfectly!
