MAGNUM "The Eleventh Hour" backpatch. Not sure about the date, but it's definitely 80s to early 90s. [Edit 17/9/2013] It definitely doesn't date back to the release of the album (1983), since their logo was different on the first pressings (their 4th logo already!). The album which immediately followed "The Eleventh Hour!" was "On a Storyteller's Night" which saw the advent of a new "winged" logo which appeared on the later pressings of "The Eleventh Hour" (namely from WKFMLP111, WKFMPD111, WKFMXD111) in 1988. That's the logo which appears on this backpatch. A new pressing was issued in 1991 (CLACD223) with the said logo. I'd go for a datation around this period for this backpatch, eg circa 1988-1991. Knowing that it was part of a lot consisting nearly only of copyrighted 1991 backpatches, I'd then say c1991. Small square patches (with rounded edges) of the same design/construction were produced together with the backpatches.
It comes from a deadstock: it's as new.

Not my band, but damn, the BP is really really cool!

Cheers! Even if I have a soft spot for the band, this is not my favourite album. But damn indeed, I think this artwork and this logo (they had different ones over the years) are killer! The BP itself is of very good construction, soft and made out of quality materials.
