I bought this Patch from Voracious_Assaulter99 and transfered 100 Dollars!! to him. The patch hasn't arrived until now. He also blocked me for private messaging. he has no tracking number, so my intention is to take legal action within the next days!

first of all: it sucks, that the patch did not arrive. :-/
I also ordered stuff from this user and it arrived after some time, so maybe there is still hope for you? I checked and I am also blocked for messages, so I think this is not only regarding you, maybe he is in trouble somehow or there is a reason for that? Apparently you did not pay as goods/services, otherwise you could ask for a paypal-refund. Did you try to contact him by e-mail, not only here on TSS?

Das ist jetzt shcon einige Zeit her. AM 15. November hab ich das Geld via Paypal überwiesen, ist also schon ne Weile her.
Er hat mir dann noch n paar Mal per PB geantwortet, auf einmal war ich blockiert. Aber er müsste ja ne Tracking Number haben?
Die letzte Nachricht von ihm war:
"Ah damn man and sorry i have been looking for the tracking and have not been able to find it but when i had the tracking on my old phone it had told me that it was in transit to the next falcility but"
Leider hab ich das Geld nicht als Ware/Dienstleistung geschickt. Gibts ne andere Möglichkeit?

So Leid es mir tut, das wirst leider als Lehrgeld abschreiben müssen.
Klar könntest da rechtliche Schritte einleiten, aber bei einem so geringem Streitwert glaub ich kaum, dass da auch nur irgendwas unternommen wird.
Über Paypal wirst auch kaum ne Chance haben,wenn es eine Freundachaftszahlung war (die werden dir nur sagen, dass es dafür eben den Käuferschutz gibt, den du aber eben nicht in Anspruch genommen hast).

Jetzt weiß ich auch, warum er darauf bestanden hat, das Geld als Freundschaftszahlung zu übermitteln. Aber kann man den Benutzer nicht sperren lassen? Der Teufel soll ihn holen!
