Vintage Stryper back patch with some righteous artwork likely taken from around 1984-1986 if I had to estimate. The band's logo appears in their trademark yellow and black, naturally, and works in tandem with the bright colourful background design. To my knowledge, the band didn't use the crossed sword artwork with an album, although there is a cool photo of Robert Sweet duel wielding on the reverse of the Soldiers Under Command sleeve. A slightly uneven band at this time, especially compared to the resurgence they have been enjoying since 2009, but man if Soldiers Under Command isn't one of the best songs of the 80s and one of the all time great riffs! A big thank you to Heavy Metal Chemist for hooking me up with this stunner that I've desired since I started purchasing patches!
