Great album, Very first Darkthone album I ever got few years back.

Thanx Nater! Only complain I have on the 'new' Darkthrone is that Fenriz' vox sounds a bit too.... idk how to say, unserious? Do you know what I mean? Would be ok for a fun project, but it takes away the seriousness of the songs a bit imho. Recently read that on the upcoming Darkthrone album only Nocturno will do the vox (again)! I'd really be positive about that (if it happens)! Fenriz writes a column for the german Metal mag. Deaf Forever, & he wrote that in the current issue. Cheers!

I did enjoy their latest album, But I do agree with you, It doesn't have the same feel that earlier releases have. When I think Fenriz & Darkthone I think of a more brutal / or fast paced vocal style but Fenriz' vocals on his solo project Isengard I do enjoy because that's how it was meant to be.
They took 2 years to make it, Maybe they lacked ideas or something...
That would be a beast of an album, Hope it happens!
