Viking Stuff Viking Horn with ormolu/brass ornaments

BAYERNPIRATs NEW VIKING HORN

bought this at a flea market for 15€.
had to polish and clean for one hour that it looks like this, it was really rancid inside.
It´s an aries horn, at the last pic you can see the size comparison with a standard festival cup (0,4 litre).
They was a chain between the two ormolus but I throw it away, ugly as hell but I want to replace it with a new one.
At the lower brass ornament are some letters "Ocemug" but I don´t know what this should be, google can´t help me.
