Something that I forget from time to time is the stickers I have in a folder. I love stickers but I'm not very fond of putting them on something. A fridge can break down, the top to my record player can also break etc. Perhaps a bad way of thinking. Most of these are straight from the bands.

Nope, the smart way of thinking. I have same problem, lots of cool and some rare stickers too but don’t want to stick them on something that might break/get ruined

Super late reply but hey, good that there's someone like minded! I never use patches from records either. Would be nice to see your stickers some time!

While I understand your train of thought, that kind of defies the point of a sticker in the same way as not sewing your patches on vests/bags/etc defeats their purpose.
There's a German saying that conveys this notion: "Bier, das nicht getrunken wird, hat seinen Beruf verfehlt" which roughly translates to "a beer that is not consumed has picked the wrong profession".
Also, that Uncle Acid sticker is nice.

True, true, it defies the intended use of a sticker, spreading the band name etc. I'm the same with patches that comes with records, can't come around to sew them as the record will be incomplete, even if the intention is to use them.
But as far as beer goes - That German saying is something I'll take with me the next time I'm in doubt whether to crack a beer or not! :)

Oj, visste inte att du hade så många. Det har inte jag. Jag tänker likadant som du, jag brukar inte heller sätta de på något. När jag hade en bas hamnade några där.

Hittade alla i ett skåp igår. Igen. Haha, de försvinner mellan varven. Har Sleep på basen, det är nog det enda jag använt eftersom jag fick flera av Bell Witch. Lustigt att de hade en bunt med sig på Heavy Days! "Vi är Bell Witch, här har du klistermärken med Sleep".

Love that Bezelbong sticker that's a rip of October Rust, very funny. Get a flight case for your CDs or Records and slap the stickers on those, you get plenty of surface area to decorate as well.

Thanks! Seems that Fórn is active again, or more active so I'm hoping for some new material in the future. As for Lycus, I wonder if they'll ever release their third album. It's been, as far as I know, 4-5 years since they recorded it.

The no fucker sticker is so good… I’m with you on saving stickers, I only put them on something I’ll have forever, my guitar case is the only place it put them, now it’s full haha
