The setlist for Tiamat's appearance at Debaser Medis, Stockholm/Sweden 16/04/02.
A pretty decent gig, but Johan(the vocalist) seemed really uninterested in the whole thing. Barely saying anything except some acidic remarks, sitting down playing with his cellphone mid-song and leaving the stage about 3 minutes before the last song ended "'kay-thanks-bye...".
Apart from that it was a really great gig, I just wish they've been given 20 or so more minutes. I missed a lot of songs, no "Cold Seed", "Cain", "Whatever that Hurts", "Sleeping Beauty", "Brighter than the Sun"? etc etc. I know you can never put together a setlist that pleases everyone, but it just seemed that some obvious choises where cut.
They've come a long way since their days as Treblinka, and I think he's forgotten that.

I'm not really sure what you're trying to say. That he's lost touch with his roots, that he's so obsessed with his newer material that he neglects the older, that the fame has gotten to his head and he no longer fells the need to pander the fans?
I think he's taking his celebrity status for granted.
I don't like his newer material at all, but that's something else entirely.

Yeah I can see what you're saying. I got the impression that he was almost annoyed to have to perform at times.
Personally I got into the band with Judas Christ so I like most of their stuff.
