This is a ShieldbitersValhalla inspired post. I would like to thank him for (indirectly) showing me the wonderful sound of folk metal (indirectly because I saw his folk/black metal post a while ago). This post is to show my (growing) collection of Slavonic folk/black metal.

Thanks! Kroda stuff is really hard to find. I was lucky to find my copy for $5 on ebay!

Some amazing albums there! I ordered that Temnozor CD along with Horizons... CD yesterday. When they arrive, I have all Temnozor albums :P Incredible band. I also have "Immortal Pride" and "Following the Voice of Blood". "Immortal Pride" is probably my favourite Graveland album out of those I've heard.

Amazing! Barbarous Pomerania is great. Kurhan, the vocalist, was also in Gontnya Kry in their early 90s raw BM years. Later Gontyna Kry is more similar to Barbarous Pomerania I would say, sort of like death metal. Also cool to see the new Creed of Iron/Prawo Stali. And awesome Slavland, Wojnar, Pagan Reign, Nokturnal Mortum, Temnozor, and very nice Alatyr and Небокрай, two bands I did not expect to see in this site haha. And also, all hail APRAXIA!!
actually you've also inspired me to occasionally listen to pagan folk. like sometimes i listen to some dub buk or odal. its pretty cool music.
