Fäulnis is woven and bought at a concert directly from the lead singer.
(the merch guy didnt show up or something lol)

The three others are selfmade by Lawrence HT (bought it from him here at TSS)
they are all off very good quality and beautifully detailled, If he happens to sell more Patches I highly recommend you checking it out!
