This is one of four merch designs printed alongside the debut and final album by the one of Indonesian death metal pioneers Rotten Corpse, Maggot Sickness, produced by HR Prods in '96.
FYI: Maggot Sickness by Rotten Corpse became the first full-length brutal/death metal album released in Indonesia. It was first released on cassette in 1996 by Graveyard Productions.
