Woven patch by Nuclear Winter. Techincally it's a Tomb of the Mutilated patch (this is a detail of the cover art), but to be cautious he called it just "CC" in his store, so I'll stick to that name as well!

5.7 x 10.6 cm in size. Fun size, and clever use of just a part of the artwork, I like this one a lot.
