No need to rush it. I've tried few times to make a filled vest straight from the start but didnt feel right. Few patches hereandthere within time gives more character to it. Good start!

I think it looks good already, it's simple but the backpatch just rocks.
It's probably better to take your time.
Mine I filled up quickly during the lockdwon, out of sheer boredom. It's not too bad, but all over the place so it's gonna need a lot of makeovers
