Well, here's quite an assortment of rubber patches.
As far as I know those were produced in Ukraine, but were produced for / sold at a festival in Poland in 1994 (Jarocin Festiwal? Sopot?). So it broadens a bit the borders of the area where it's often said such patches were produced (chiefly, Hungary) to a wider Eastern Bloc zone.

As he points out for his patch, two of mine (Guns N' Roses & Anthrax) have the name Жильбел (Zhilbel) + a reference number printed on the back. Now, to my knowledge Zhilbel was based in Minsk, Belarus, and was... an art gallery. There's still a lot to learn about these babies!
