I had to take a look...
But I think it's not the first version, this must be the one with the "Plastic Head '93" tag below the front print.

Some came out in 93 without the phd, that version was slightly different though as the front print was a little bit blurry and not so detailed as yours

Yeah, you're right...
I also got that one as a normal shirt and it has a little blurry print without the phd (bought it in '93 via mailorder).
This LS must be from the mid 90ties (bought it in a record shop in Essen...).
