User Adultxcrash - scammer

The facts:

06/03/2020: he got in touch with me about a hoodie, messaging me he had some hoodies for trade that could interest me. I gave him my e-mail adress and same day I recieved some pictures.

We communicated via e-mail, back and forth, and settled on a trade the 12th of march.

13/03 : I send out my part of the trade and message him the tracking code (CE957204425BE)

17/03 : recieved an e-mail saying ”heading to the post office now“. No tracking code followed.

23/03: my package arrives in the USA and was presented, but not taken.

08/04: I send an e-mail and ask for an update, as I haven’t heard from him at all. I tell him my package was offered at his place but he was not present, so he would have to go to the post office to pick it up.
I also ask him about the tracking code from his package.

09/04 : he tells me he will look for the reciept with the tracking code.

11/04: I recieve a message that he isn’t able to find the reciept. He will ask in the post office if they can find the tracking code using his adress.

13/04 : I have to get in touch myself to ask for any news or updates.

15/04: he lets me know he has recieved my hoodie but can’t provide a tracking code for his package.

After this date, all e-mails & messages stay unaswered.

Disclaimer:
- I understand these are hard times for shipping & recieving packages. However, min arrived in 6 days at his place. His hasn’t arrived after 1,5 months.
- He can’t provide a tracking code
- He has stopped communicating / answering e-mails & messages since the 15th of april

Edit:
- my recent messages with him were asking to get in touch to work out a compensation - as mentioned, no replies so no intention on that from him
- the goal of this post is warn other people: I lost money (€32 euro tracked and secured shipping) + a hoodie and got nothing in return.. hard lesson, I don't want to have anyone else undergo this.

I don’t know how appropriate it is to post personal info ?
I have name, full adress, e-mail & user account on Depop.
